Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We deliver all over Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

AtoZtoys offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

AtoZtoys is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will normally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
